Hello, community!

We recently joined Odoo Online with a Standard subscription and purchased 7 licenses. We have registered 4 users, but when trying to create the fifth one, I received a warning that my subscription cost would increase. Additionally, I saw some messages about OdooBot credits.

Could you clarify if there are any features that might actually increase the subscription cost? I would expect to pay only what is stated in the plan and nothing more.

Could the OdooBot credits impact my subscription cost?

Regarding the two subscriptions, it is true that they appear that way in the system, but we did not create them ourselves. Let me give you some context: we purchased 7 licenses in Odoo Standard and were provided with a username and password. However, when I tried to access the platform, I was prompted to complete an activation process. After completing it, a second subscription for 1 user for the entire year was automatically created, which is incorrect. I need this subscription to be canceled.

I have notified your Odoo Account Manager - there were two subscriptions purchased and perhaps you have the wrong one attached to the database you are using.  Flor will be in touch - she normally works with Juan Ramos.
