I would like to know how to set up an unbuild order in the Manufacturing module with a BOM inserted. For example, when dismantling a chicken, it is divided into several parts such as the breast, two thighs, two wings, and two drumsticks. However, the weight of each part is not fixed and cannot be predefined in the BOM. Instead, the weights should be entered manually by the operator during the unbuild process.

The disassembly process needs to be defined, so that each resulting part is linked to the original raw material through its serial number. For example, when dismantling a chicken, the breast can be used in one dish, while the thighs are used in another. In this case, I need to properly track these material transactions from the original item to the derived products.
