Hello Odoo Community,

I am encountering a user error within the Odoo platform that is severely impacting my ability to work with the inventory module. When attempting to select any product in my inventory, I receive an OwlError. This error prevents me from viewing and managing my products and supplies, which is crucial for my operations.

We have reached out to Odoo support through multiple channels but have not received any solution so far. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the suggestion. However, I am unable to find the "Mexico - Electronic Delivery Guide Comex" app in the Apps section of my Odoo database. I have updated the app list but still cannot locate it

Could you please provide more detailed instructions or let me know if there is an alternative solution to this issue?

did you removed the apps filter in the search bar before searching for this ?

Upgrade/Install the "Mexico - Electronic Delivery Guide Comex" app in your database to resolve the issue.
