Stop delivery order at SO confirmation

Question

Is it possible to create delivery order manually not at the time of sales order confirmation here is the use case.

Product A 100 qty demand but need to trigger demand and deliver it in different months.
Order Confirmation date 15th sep

Delivery 30 qty Oct 1st
Delivery 30 qty Nov 1st
Delivery 40 qty Dec 1st

Here the product route is manufacturing and MTO. But we don't want to schedule MO for 100 qty so is there a way to stop delivery order creation and we can do it manually and based on that M

This is not covered by Odoo in standard.
We use this app to manage different delivery dates on one sales order:

You register one sale order line for each date. It will give you one delivery for very different date.  And also the same for manufacturing order.
