Is it possible to display a numeric field without the thousands separator?

Yes... you can, for that
Go to Settings > Translations > Languages > Select respected language. Here you need to remove the value of "Thousands Separator".
I need the thousands separator for other fields, i want to disable the thosands separator for a specific set of fields.
