I need to set an access rule for an external salesperson. I need to filter contacts and opportunities for Canada and US countries only.
I tried to create a new group with an access rule that follows the following domain :
[('country_id', 'in', ['United States', 'Canada'])]
but it doesn't work.
Would you know how to help me?
Obviously I would like all members to be able to see all leads except the salesperson.
