Hello,

during the last couple of days we experienced several problems with Odoo SaaS. It happened that we were told that our session expired - almost every minute. Normal working was not possible. According to our implementation engineer from HK, some maintenance might have taken place. The problem occured today again, the first time on Wednesday.

Is there any notification process which informs SaaS customers about upcoming maintenance or service downtimes? For a cloud service offering company this should be mandatory!
