How can I send email notification when the lead is updating (for example salesperson is changed) or salesperson is changed from none to somebody?

You Can add the user on the followers of any document and in the setting of the user change "Receive Inbox Notifications by Email" to "All Messages"
In that case this module - https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/9.0/notification_crm/ - may be helpful

Hello, Mahmoud. Thanks for your answer. If doing this way - it can really solve my problem. But may be there is a way to send mail exactly then salesperson is changed, not followers?
