I'm currently on Odoo Enterprise V16 and sending out customer quotes through the Sales app. At the moment, when I use the "Send Quote" button, emails are routed through Odoo's default system.


I want to switch to an external email server for sending outbound emails. Is it possible to use an external server and retain the mapping to individual records if a customer replies via email? When customers respond. I want their replies show up in the chatter in the original sales order.
