How do I remove the mobile option from the website and only have the desktop option active?

I disabled it as you explained, but the page is completely white in the mobile option, is there any other way?
In Odoo, the mobile version of a website cannot simply be taken out because Odoo websites are responsive by default. Odoo has visibility tools to control what is displayed on mobile and desktop. To have the desktop version to be the only viewable version on devices, all elements identified or assigned to mobile must be hidden or removed. You can use Edit mode for that.
