I just wanted to see the remaining balance of an employee in Odoo 14. Please advise. Thank you :)

Hi ,
If you already allocated the leaves of employee, you can see the balance leave in employee form. (Below Screenshot ).
OR
You need to configure the leave allocation of employee. Below attaching the Odoo 13 Leave Allocation Blog. It's also similar in odoo14.
