I have add one qr code in qweb report it is showingin qweb-html while printing as pdf that is qweb-pdf it is not showing. Also added systen parameters
web.base.url.report : http://127.0.0.1:9069

There are many reasons for the issue.
So, first please double-check the logs and see if there are any logs related to fonts, and then install the needed fonts.
Thanks for the reply Mr.Sudhir but there was not issue in logs. Mr.Abdullah I fixed issue by changing layout
use web.basic_layout instead of <t t-call="web.html_container">
Ok so the issue was with the wrong layout.
