Hello New Subscriber to ODOO and it's not going well.  I'm trying to create/learn the process to obsolete a part number and then refer all inquiries to the new part number, especially on our website (created & linked with ODOO).

Can you help with that?

What do you mean by "inquiries" in this context?
"Obsolete part number": Is that to change a component in a BOM or kit?

Inquires --- If a customer searches for OBSOLETE Part# ABC, then i want the updated Part to be returned in their search
