Hello,

So I set up an smtp server for outgoing email in my project (odoo sh) the test is working good,

the emails are sending in my local even with mailtrap

But in the odoo sh instance it showing thi error:

Any idea about this ? Am I missing something !

This link says "Office 365 SMTP relays are not compatible with Odoo Online."

It is hard to tell from the error message if you are trying to use smtp.office365.com, but the error you are getting (SMTP server 'None') is the same error I got when trying to set up an O365 relay.

Hello,

You have to enable SPF & DKIM in order for it to work. Read the documentation on the link below
https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/13.0/discuss/advanced/email_servers.html#how-to-use-a-g-suite-server

Office 365 email servers don’t allow easily to send external emails from hosts like Odoo. Refer to the https://support.office.com/en-us/article/How-to-set-up-a-multifunction-device-or-application-to-send-email-using-Office-365-69f58e99-c550-4274-ad18-c805d654b4c4
 to make it work.
