Some products have prices with several decimal places or below 0.01 that typically are expressed using price unit. Ex.:

Description: Dropper Unit: Each Price: $ 25.66 Price Unit: 1000

That means the actual price of a single dropper is $ 25.66/1000 or $ 0.02566, what cannot be represented unless you extend the number of decimal places to 5 or more. I could not find price unit in the material data, is there a configuration or a module available to provide that?

Notice that 'Price Unit' is different from 'Unit Price'.

It's called Unit of Measure in OpenERP.

You should activate the options "multiple unit of measures" from the Settings / Configuration / Sales menu.

Then, assign the default Unit of measure in your product form to "Per 1000". You have to create this new UoM in the same category than the default one, with a conversion factor of 1000.
