Hi, I can't to reprint any receipt. When i touch the button, throw the error "There is no receipt to print". I made an example order and it doesn't detect it.

I'm using Odoo 13 Community. 

I'm using the default reprint option of Odoo.


Does anyone know why it occures?

hi, the gdrive link seems to private so i cant see the error could you please solve that?
