I installed only invicing and sales modules. What do I have to install to get more product types (like real products)?

Real Product display in Product selection field. Product type Consumable, Service (added in the code using selection field).

Refer the link: http://openerpbook.com/crm_sale/4/products.html Default there are only 3 types of product Types in Odoo.
Installing Inventory Management will add this new product type "Stockable Product"
