Hello,

I work for a Biotech company and sell test  kits to our customers. The customers then sent back the test kits with a probe.  According  to  the  new  rules  in  EU,  this  product  should  not  be  taxed  like  a  normal  products  but is rather  like  a  service. 

One possible  solution  could  have  been to  change  the  product  type  to  a  service  type  in  the  inventory  module  but  that  doesn't  work  in  our  case.

We are using Odoo 13 enterprise version and i have update the module(

EU One Stop Shop (OSS) ) for other products. Can anyone please help me and  tell  me how can i exclude our  test kit  from being taxed the same as other products.
