I've noticed, suddenly, that opening the inventory/product page I get the following error in the console:

/web/image?model=product.template&field=image_small&id=3513&unique= 500
/web/image?model=product.template&field=image_small&id=3179&unique= 403


Also in server log i can found starting from the last days the following error:

This is appening even if there are not a lot of connection, I can see from Analytics about 5 user connected during the issue.


Also , a couple of time, trying to open a product detail page, I've got a Memory Error and I was forced to restart the server.


Can anyone please help to better understand the issue to find a solution?

This happens when postgres request reaches its limit. Try to increase "db_maxconn" value to something bigger like 100 in the Odoo config file and restart the server.

Please post the memory error logs to find the exact issue. It could be due to RAM is very less.

Hi, I have still the error on connection pool and now also another error about thread:

_start_new_thread(self._bootstrap, ())

RuntimeError: can't start new thread

this error where not there since some week ago, the only major difference is on the http2 activation on the server.

Any suggestion on how to configure the server or on the specific error?

MemoryError

During the error, the Python (32 bit) windows process was consuming 322,9MB of RAM and the system total Ram cosumed was at 58% so there was 42% of free RAM

I was not sure about this solution, since the user connected were low during the error. By the way I've modified the db_maxconn parameter and now seems ok.

I will check the log in next days to be sure about the solution.
