Hi,

Seems you have deleted some user groups from the system which is linked with settings field, ie via implied_groups key. If you remember any user groups that you have deleted recently, suppose lets say if the group is "Display incoterms on Sales Order and related invoices" and if you delete it, you will get error on accessing the settings page.

In order to resolve the issue, try upgrading the corresponding module and with the above group "Display incoterms on Sales Order and related invoices", we have to update sale_stock module. So try to find the module, in which the groups are deleted and upgrade it or if you are not aware of the group, update the base module.

Thanks
