Hi I am not able to send emails.  When I check the out going emails I get the following error.  Anyone have any idea how to resolve?

1. Configured Outbound Email with default localhost.  

2. Sent test email to contact

3. Under general settings observed "1 failed email"

4. When I click on the email that should have been sent
