Odoo 17, error after submitting ticket through website form that targeting specific helpdesk teams. Example: /helpdesk/customer-care-1
final error page url: https://yourdomain.com/your-ticket-has-been-submitted
the error:
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.
tested at Odoo online and On Premise, both resulting the same error.
Removing/commenting some part of the page code can solve the problem temporarily. Because this only hide the root cause and not problem solve the root cause.
development mode, open the page => Title : Ticket Received , url: your-ticket-has-been-submitted
comment or remove below part of code: (line 11-14)
