We'd like to export the accounting data to quickbooks file for the sake of archiving. Is this possible to do natavily? Export data as a quickbooks file maybe? I'm trying to avoid another connector as maybe of them don't work well, and I don't have someone cababile to test/check accounting data.
Alternatively, is it possible to take data from Odoo 14EE and restore it in a Odoo 14CE also for sake of having a usable archive?

You can uninstall all the enterprise modules from your database which will make it a Community database.
You only have to uninstall Enterprise modules. Yes, you will lose the data related to that module (fields/tables created from Enterprise modules) only and everything else will remain related to community modules.

If I uninstall accounting, don't I loose all the data I want to save?
