I manage tickets that move from one stage to another (stage_id).

I wanted to optimize this passage of the steps by clicking on action button present in the body of the email ( email received by the correct user only).

Do you have any idea how I can do this ?

Maybe assign a specific method / function related to the button in the mail?
But I can't manage to call my method/function to this button.

OR maybe there is something 'native' in ODOO that I don't know. 😅
