[Odoo 12] How to auto populate, Form fields from the user in Navigation.

Hi, I want to get the Object of the User( Patient in this case ).
As here i opened the Patients ->Usman -> Invoices -> Create
The Patient name is auto populated from the context (i think but don't know)
But i wanted to also auto populate other fields from this patient like DOB etc.
How to do it.

One of the way is to just create the Related field in Invoice.
