After 10/30, the system stopped importing bank items from Shopify.  I have performed the following steps trying to fix:

1 - totally deleted the Online Synchronization data / reinstalled

2 - Used the Reset 

3 - using studio, made the Last Refesh field editable and rolled the date back

4 - switched back and forth from Yodlee to Plaid

While the Last Refresh and Next Synchronization dates change, the Last Sync data seems to be stuck at 10/30
