I recently buy a module on the app store from a big developer.

It works well, but not on all supports, and not all time.

It's a module to link and event to tickets sell on pos.

There's a small button that show a popup to enter attendee details (name/mail/tel), but this popup doesn't appears on all platform. I tried on mac, google chrome public navigation, doesn't works, but works on private navigation. Tried on windows, doesn't work, but it works with machine of the developper's support team.

Tried to empty cache, doesn't change anything.

So, the module works fine, but not on all machines. What could be the cause of that ?
