Has anybody put together a compiled list of all the localization Chart of Accounts that Odoo support right now in version 7.0?

I do not know of a compiled list, but if you have admin access to a certain database, you could look at the modules and filter out any module that starts with i10, as these will give you a quick overview of the available chart of accounts options.
