I am using Odoo Free version with only one app, and when i want to add an additional user, it pops up saying that I will be billed for each additional user, however the pricing says unlimited users for 1 App. Please confirm how this actually works.

The only Apps installed are "Inventory" and "Discuss", I assume discuss automatically comes with the database, as I did not install it myself.
