I thought I had seen this capability in the tutorials, but now I'm not finding it. The tutorial on the Outlook plug in shows how it works with the Inbox, i.e., you get an inquiry and convert it to an Opportunity in Odoo. I'm looking to work from Outlook and when I send an email to an Odoo contact, that email will be recorded in the Chatter section of the Odoo contact. Is that capability available? Thanks.

Hi,
Odoo has an Outlook Mail Plugin / Add-in that lets you connect your Outlook inbox with Odoo.
When you receive an email in Outlook, you can use the add-in to create a new record in Odoo (for example, Lead / Opportunity).
The email’s content (subject, body) gets added into that new Odoo record’s Notes / Chatter when you do this.
It does not automatically “monitor” every sent email from Outlook and link all sent mails to the corresponding Odoo contact's chatter by default.
