I'm on Odoo community v13 and i want to let applicant fill in interview form themself immediatly after submit job application form. Please let me know how to do that and if it requires coding, please suggest me the best way to implement.

We are facing the same requirement for needing to include additional information up front at the application process. I do not mind presenting a survey form for the applicants to fill in right after they submitting their application. Ideally no need for the application to leave the recruitment site to their email and return to fill in the survey.
Other platforms that we are evaluating seems to be more capable of customising their application forms and workflow. Appreciate any Odoo experts are able to shed some lights.
