Use case : I see that even when I’m in a company that has € as a main currency, the Sales price is still in $. This is due to the fact that a company with $ as a main currency is defined as a main company.

You need first to be in developer mode and with a user that has full configuration access.
Then go in settings>technical>Sequences & identifiers> External identifiers and look for main company
We can see that the record ID set is the one for the San Francisco Company
Just switch then the record ID with the company you want that has € as a main currency
How to find the ID of the company?
First way is to check the metadata when you selected the company
Second way is to check on the URL when you selected the company
Result : Now Sales price is displayed for all companies in the currency of the new main company
Important notice :
Many things can be related to the main company so be sure to test this before doing it for real
Modifying External Identifiers should not be taken lightly, only do this if there is a important reason behind
