how to set up the display order of products at the point of sale level?

The display order of articles on the POS screen seems to follow no logic!

Is it possible to set up the parameters to a user logic (alphabetical on product name or increasing prices or creation date or ...?

Hello !

If you are talking about Products in left side order list, then actually there is a flow to add products.

When you click on first product then it will be added in the list.
Now once you click on second product then product will be at the bottom.
Now again if you click on first product to add again, then simply quantity in first entry will be increased.
This is normal flow.
