How to set server timeout Openerp 7

Question

I am trying to set another value for the timeout in Openerp. I saw the limit_time_cpu = 60 that is set in the openerp-server.conf file. Does anyone know if 60 represents the number of seconds? Or does it represent another interval? Thank you
