Hi,

Please update your source code to the latest and see if its fine and also make sure custom codes are not causing the problem.

If you believe this as bug in odoo, please see if you can reproduce it in odoo runbot and if yes, please report it in odoo github with detailed steps to reproduce the bug.

Mostly on updating the source code will resolve the case.
