If you are looking to update the ui of odoo community to enterprise ui, just we need to install free enterprise theme modules in the odoo community. In odoo apps store, free themes are available for the same.

Setting up a backend theme will solve this problem. You can check the odoo app store for themes. Please check the link given below. There are themes that make the community look way better than enterprise.
