if gusto provide API then it is possible
As of August 2023 this does not seem to be possible. List of apps for which there are Odoo integrations include Quickbook, Sage, many others, so it looks to be possible, but not implemented by anyone as yet. https://support.gusto.com/article/106622037100000/App-directory-software-integrations-overview
