When I chose 'Room 1' in the 'Room Name' field.
'Room Capacity' field is automatically filled with value record Room 1 ex '8 person'

Hello,
This one, you can add one field in your room master table where you define your multiple room master data and get this capacity field value using two way one option you can use this field as a functional field(Compute method) and the second option is you can apply onchange method to get this value.
