How to fix Odoo Internal Server Error ?

Hello, I installed odoo 14 on my computer. However as soon as I try to connect to this link: http: // localhost: 8069 / web / database / create. in order to create the database. I get this error: Internal Server Error (The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.) I restarted the Odoo server and the Postgree server using the following commands: Windows + R followed by services.msc then I chose the two servers and restarted them. However, the error still does not go away. That's why I would like to know how to fix odoo internal server error.

Please check your log entries for information about the cause. "Internal Server Error" is a generic browser error message with no meaning at all. Then make a new post and provide the information.

Nothing serious, bros..
I was in great trouble with this error, no youtube suggestion worked,
At last, I just uninstall my previous Postgre SQL and all Odoo versions from my PC,
and  Just reinstall a  fresh copy of  Odoo community  13;   then I got success, Alhamdulillah.
I think previously installed individual copy of Postgre SQL started a
conflict about port sharing,  with a new installation of Postgre SQL that was installed during Odoo installation !!
Means  - two-time Postgre SQL installatio
