How to Enable Leave Validators to View Remaining Leave Balances in Odoo RH

I would like to know how to configure Odoo so that leave validators can access and view the remaining leave balances of their team members. Is there a built-in feature or module that facilitates this functionality, or would it require custom development?

Hi,
In Odoo, leave validators (managers) can view the
leave balances of their team members using built-in features; no custom
development is strictly required for basic visibility.

Steps:
1. Time Off Module-> Management -> Allocations
See the list of employees they manage

Here you can see how much leave is allocated and how much leave is taken for each employee
