Going to:
Administration> Customization> Database Structure> objects
Wanted object motion.motion, this is listed.
Problem:
motion.motion object is uninstalled.
The motion.zip deleted file from path _to_openerp-server/addons .
Table motion_motion removed manually from postgresql.
Even so, continues to appear.
Is there any way to permanently delete

Yes, you should be able to delete object in this menu. If you can't, go to access list to give you the right to delete ir.object object. But object should'nt appear anymore if module has been unistalled. Do you have something in field "In modules" on object?
