I need to change the order date in sales quotation. I need to create a sale quotation with old date. Can anyone help with this.

You can enable the developer mode and try to create new quotation, you will find Quotation Date in the header. If you want to show it,
You can remove the groups="base.group_no_one" from the div of the field and it will be shown for all users. You can do that by inheriting the following sale.view_order_form.
