Sometimes the colors of the background image do not allow for the white Title and Subtitle to be readable. How can I change the color of the text ? The normal buttons are grayed out when editing the text fields ?

I have changed it globally by going into the menu Customise>HTML Editor then select Blog Post
Add this above the first DIV
<style>h1 {color:orange;}
h2 {color:orange;}
</style>
Is there a way to do this for individual posts, so the title color can complement the indivual cover.
