How can you modify the email templates when a claim or a support issue is created ?

You can give Technical access right to the admin user (Settings/Users/Users, second tab). Then go to Settings/Technical/Email/Templates, you would find the claim Template and modify it

In v.7 Settings/Technical/Email/Templates does not contain claim template. Where i can see sample claim template?
