Ideally, there should be the option to select more than one user in the case of larger events.
Please note that I am a fairly new admin/developer so a little extra detail would be helpful.

To incorporate additions, you can utilize the studio. Please refer to the following:
We can create an additional field using the studio feature.
Please insert a new Many2One field wherever you find it suitable on the form.
Select model user and provide the label of your choosing.
Thank you very much Thoufeer! You made my day :) The above method doesn't allow for tagging more than one user, but I realize I can use Many2Many and badges to display multiple users if needed. I actually used your method though and think we will stick to one main Event Coordinator.

I can't seem to tag people, but yes, @Flavio, that is the hope. We don't have odoo.sh yet.
