How backup odoo automatically ?

I try to found away to backup odoo automatically, database and module ? is there any why or free module to do it please ?
I'm using Odoo 12, i thank you all

Hi,
There are free modules in the odoo app store for the auto backup of database. See: Database auto-backup [1]
For modules, you github or any other VCS. See: GitHub Tutorials [2]
