How are Vendor Invoices created in Odoo 10 with controls? Matching what was received with what I should pay? I'd like a draft Bill created after the Incoming goods are received.

If any one has tried Purchase module in Odoo 10, I request them to inform how the invoice control is done in purchase module. I would like a draft vendor bill to be created automatically when the incoming goods in the inventory for the purchase order is validated.

Would appreciate some help asap.
