Hello.

I'm building a form with the Website Form Builder module, a very simple form, it has only a date field, 3 radio buttons and a select field, and this form is from a model that I have in my system, but when the user click on the button Done, I need to make a write on this model, with the ID of the register (that I already have), and write those infos filled for the user on the form, but I'm not finding any way to get the infos from the form with my controller, anybody could give me any idea of how to solve it?
