Getting an error while downloading a signed document

Hello,

how can i resolve this error? I can't download the document after it was signed.

You are not allowed to access 'Signature Item Value' (sign.request.item.value) records.

How can i access this
model sign.request.item.value? so i can see what access i have?

Hi,
The error shown is an access right error, if you have made any changes for the access rights of the model sign.request.item.value revert it to the original so that user will have access to these model data.
If you believe you didn't played with the rules in the db and if the same can be reproduced in odoo runbot, please report the issue in support ticket or in github.
