Error when validating incoming shipment in Odoo 11 Enterprise with Quality installed

Question

I keep encountering an error when I try to validate an incoming shipment.  The problem is solved by un-installing the Quality app, but then I find that the Quality app has been re-installed and the problem happens again.
The error log ends with the following:
File "/usr/lib/python3.4/_weakrefset.py", line 72, in __contains__
wr = ref(item)
RuntimeError: maximum recursion depth exceeded while calling a Python object  Has anyone else come across this?  Does anyone have any idea why the Quality app

Hi, I'm facing the same problem. I created a step in a routing : quality control / goodsreceipt.
It automatically installs quality module.
At first, it worked (once)
Now, odoo doesn't allow me to confirm sales orders or manufacturing orders. The message is : no replenishment rules please check routes. ???
I uninstalled quality module but the error still exists.
Can someone help me ?

hello,
please check quality apps manifest file, there is one key named "auto_install: True". that's why the the quality app is install automatically because the quality apps all depends module is installed then this app will install automatically.
